What is our return policy?
- Please read this full section carefully.
- If you've received the wrong hat or there is an issue with the hat once received,
please contact our customer support team at info@daddyroyshatco.com with your order number, reason for your
return and (if applicable) photos/evidence of proof. - You can then return the hat by mailing the hat in the original box and packaging
to 112 S. Market Street Inglewood, CA 90301 unit #110. Once the
photo and situation have been reviewed and approved, you will be fully
reimbursed (excluding shipping costs outside of the U.S.) For up to 15
days after the original purchase date. - Upon receipt of your return, we will be happy to ship you a new item, or refund the price you paid for the product (excluding shipping costs outside of the U.S.). We ask that you allow up to 5 business days for us to process your refund after we have received your returned item. Once we have inspected the item and assessed that it is in an acceptable condition, we will credit the
original payment method. - We strongly recommend that you dispatch to a reliable address, as Daddy Roy's Hat Co. Is not responsible for lost or stolen orders. Physical addresses are
preferred, as we are unable to guarantee the safety of items delivered to PO
boxes or parcel lockers. - To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging (in a resellable condition). We will review your email, and prior to shipping
your product back to us. Please make sure the returned product is
carefully wrapped and provide a tracking number (if possible) for all
return items, as we are unable to refund items that are damaged due to
improper protection and we are not responsible for lost or damaged
products being returned to us

How long after I complete my order, will my order ship?
Hats usually ship within 24-48 hours after order completion.
How do I process an international return?
We do not offer international shipping options at this time

What are the sizing specs of my order?
Each hat is 11in length by 7in width by 5in height and weighs 3.67 oz. A single hat including box and packaging weights 11 oz. Shipping box for a single hat is 8in by 8in by 6in. Shipping box for 2-3 hats is 8in by 8in by 8in.

What is our warranty policy
Our products are handcrafted with care, however, manufacturing defects are inevitable and can occur. If you experience any malfunctions within 15 days of your purchase date, please reach out to us at info@daddyroyshatco.com with your name, order number, and a photo of the defective item.
Can I pay for expedited shipping?
Yes, we offer express shipping for $20
Does Daddy Roy's offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer a free shipping option in the U.S.!
What is the best way to clean corduroy hats?
Do not wash in washing machine! Best practice would be to spot clean.
Spot cleaning entails only cleaning specifically stained or dirty areas of a hat with a small amount of detergent or cleaning solution with a brush or damp cloth. Let air dry.
For a quick clean, you can always use a lint roller to get off debris or a brush to brush it off.
